Chinese highly carved rosewood dragon chair with dragon head handholds curving into serpentine sides, a dragon carved in high relief into the backrest, two encircled carved characters on the seat which is edged with a carved key pattern. The front two legs have a figural bird with outstretched wings at their apex. 19" X 23" X 36 1/2"

Restoration to joinery, age related wear, drill hole behind front of left armrest, otherwise very good.
